Sayari was worried out of her mind. She wasn't going to try to lie to herself and say she wasn't. The poor girl hadn't seen her brother all of yesterday and today, her precious little Rini had a cold and Saaya was feeling the effects of it already, and to top it all off she had gotten a worrisome letter from her mother just moments ago. Having given up on trying to find her twin Sayari headed for the courtyard. The sky was full of dark gray clouds just promising rain, and sure enough as she walked along the path tiny droplets of water fell onto Saaya's face. Oh, wasn't this day perfect. Sayari felt like crying, but like always she held back her tears. She gently petted little Rini's head, which stuck out of the top of her hoodie, for comfort. Kaida, who was trailing along right beside Saaya felt her discomfort and rubbed her head against Sayari's leg, mewing softly. She smiled sadly down at her eldest kitsune. "I'm alright, Kai. I'll be alright." She murmured softly in her bell like voice. Just then the rain began to come down harder, the raindrops doubling in size. Kaida gave an annoyed mewing sound, trying to hide under Saaya. Kaida hated getting wet unless she was swimming in warm water. This rain was definitely not warm, and Kaida didn't like it. Sayari tried not to trip over Kaida who was weaving in and out between her feet, attempting to walk right beneath her owner. "Kaida! I'm going to trip over you," She said in fluent Japanese, laughing at Kaida's annoyed expression. As soon as the courtyard came into view the pure white kitsune darted for the tables beneath the awnings. Rini mewed as a big fat raindrop fell right onto her little head and ducked back down into Saaya's hoodie. Deciding that she didn't want to get rained on either the girl started running towards the table that Kaida sat beneath.
With a sigh she dropped her bag onto the table and plopped down onto the bench. Grimacing she ran her fingers through her now damp hair and shook it out the best she could. That half and hour of straightening her long wavy locks had completely gone to waste. Her dark hair now sat about her in all of it's wavy ringlet glory. Saaya shook her hair out one last time before looking around the nearly abandoned courtyard. A few other students sat at the tables under the extended part of the roof that stretched around the perimeter of the place. But for the most part it was an empty echo of it's usually packed self. That was fine with Saaya though. She didn't really want a lot of people around her when she was feeling this way. Still, she couldn't help but wonder what her brother had been up to. Where could he be? Was he feeling as drained of energy as she was? When the twins were seperated for too long of a time they both began to feel drained of energy and power. Even if it was only a day that they'd been apart. Sighing again Sayari pulled Rini from her black hoodie and set her on the table. Kaida came up, jumping from the floor right onto the table top and pushed her nose against Saaya's cheek. "He'll come to you soon. He feels it too." Kaida purred. "I know, I know. He always does." Saaya murmured back, still speaking Japanese. It was the way they communicated, easier for Saaya and Kaida. Sayari reached over Rini and pulled a book from her bag. Rini made another mewing sound and pressed her tiny cold nose against Saaya's fingers as she set the book down. Rini couldn't 'speak' yet, but the meaning was clear. The two kitsune settled down, their soft fur brushing against Sayari. Glancing around one more time, Saaya opened her book and began to read. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - s t a t u s// finished ! t a g s// open ! w o r d s// not a clue ! c o m m e n t s// none ! s o n g// never too late - three days grace ! o u t f i t// no pics :[ Black hoodie, dark jeans, red tank & red cons l y r i c s// when it rains - paramore !

Rain, glorious rain! Dani was all smiles as she walked out in the said weather phenomena. It was her element, after all. The storm, its fury, its strength. Some had thought her crazy for her appreciation of the thunderstorm. Especially when she'd stand out in them, letting the wind and rain wash over her body, as it was now. Dani was clad in a pair of blue jeans and a loose white shirt, long since soaked and transparent, showing the black leather bra underneath.
She heard a rumble of thunder far in the distance, and raised her hand to the sky. She just had to draw it closer, take it from its usual path. A flash of lightning appeared, striking her hand. She smiled brightly, channeling the electricity through her body, feeling as if she'd just had a surge of power. Ah, that felt good. Taking in a deep breath she looked around, and saw she wasn't alone.
There was a stunning Japanese girl nearby, reading a book. As much as she enjoyed her storms, she enjoyed the company of beautiful girls more. And beer, but getting it around here was easier said than done. She lowered her arm and began to walk towards the girl, and sat up on the table next to her. "Beautiful day, no?" she asked, her usual greeting.

The roar of thunder that shook the sky and blinding flash of lightning that trailed in its wake made Saaya look to the sky. Her dark eyes were wide as she watched the lights tear across the ever darkening skies. Kaida's tail twitched with irritation and letting out an annoyed growl she settled closer to Saaya. The girl actually didn't mind rain, or even thunder storms. But sometimes she got scared of them. A few times back home lightning had struck too near to the ground. Fields had caught on fire that took days to get under control and finally put out. And now the storm was drawing in closer, as if pulled by a magnet, the dark clouds swirling about and looking quite sinister. Letting her gaze slowly fall from the clouds and back to her book. But on the way down something else caught her attention. Saaya knew she had found the source of the storm, or at least what was pulling it in so fast. A girl, and if she was still being honest with herself a ver attractive girl, stood there not so far away, with lightning shooting straight to her hand. It was almost like she could be recharging, like a battery or something similar.
It made Saaya's eyebrow's shoot up, but by know she was used to all of the odd happenings at Deity High. Only for a split second did she return her gaze to the page before her when she sensed Kaida's irritation again. Meeting her kitsune's gaze she followed it to find that the girl who had been standing in the center of the storm was walking her way. As she approached Sayari saw that she was completely soaked, wearing tight jeans and a white shirt nonetheless. As the girl hopped up to sit on the table top beside Saaya Kaida's tail stopped its lazy swishing and twitched again. Rini looked up, orange eyes wide and mewed quietly looking to Sayari. At the girls greeting Saaya looked her up and down quickly before replying. "Actually, it's not that bad out." She said, her accent perfectly disguised. She gently petted Kaida's head to calm her.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - s t a t u s// finished ! t a g s// ! Dani smiled as the girl spoke to her. Her voice was... cute. Like the rest of her. And Dani liked cute. She'd met a few cute girls in the school, but all of them had been straight. It made Dani feel a bit like an outsider. That, plus the fact this was all so much... bigger than she was used to. her home town was small, barely over a hundred people, and many of those left in the off season. There were so many exotic looking people here, were Dani of lesser constitution, it might scare her. And then there were to foxes. Not as frightening as the wolves back home, actually they were kid of cute as well.
"I enjoy the storms. It is so much more exciting," she tried to look back at the clouds, but found herself unable to pry her eyes off of Sayari. She had an overwhelming urge to touch her. "Oh! I am rude. My name is Dani," she said as soon as she remembered her manners. There were times she felt like an awestruck child in this place. "I apologize for my stare. You are very beautiful."

Sayari nodded in agreement. "A lot of people don't like storms, but I don't mind them. It's the lightening that scares me sometimes." She said honestly. Saaya was still petting Kaida's head, the fox purring, but more for her own comfort now. It was hard to be bi in a school so full of straight people. There were a lot of cute guys, but there were a lot of cute girls too. Eh, Saaya could deal for the most part. But it still bothered her every now and then. Now it was bothering her quite a bit. This girl sitting before her was pretty attractive and Sayari had this sinking feeling she'd be another straight girl. Saaya heard her apologize for being rude and blushed at the girl's complement and looked down at the table. "I'm Sayari. Everyone calls me Saaya though. She said looking up, still blushing. "I'd say the same to you, but you're much more than beautiful." Saaya said, blushing more brightly and looking down again. She couldn't believe she'd actually just said that out loud. Shyly she peeked up at the girl, Dani she had said, to see her reaction. Her hand still lay on Kaida's little white head, stroking her soft fur nervously. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - s t a t u s// finished ! t a g s// Dani ! w o r d s// c o m m e n t s// sorry it's so short-ish^^ ! s o n g// untouched - the veronicas o u t f i t// Black hoodie, dark jeans, red tank & red cons ! l y r i c s// =P !

Dani tuned a little red as Sayari said she was "more than beautiful." She was used to compliments to a degree, but normally it was from lecherous men who were trying to get with her, despite the fact she was gay. Or simple, everyday compliments from her friends. But there was a sweetness and sincerity to Sayari's words that warmed the Norwegian's hear. She slid off the table into the bench Sayari was sitting on, then scooted a little closer. "That is very sweet of you to say," she replied, placing a hand lightly upon the Asian's thigh.
It seemed Sayari found her as attractive as Dani found her. She glanced out at the rain, still coming down from the heavens. She'd always found the rain romantic. Perhaps because it was rarer in her home, where snow was more prevalent. She turned her gaze to Saaya and reached out her other hand to stroke her cheek. "Would you like to make out?" she asked. Okay, maybe it was a bit forward, but so was Dani most of the time. After all, you only lived once... even if you were a goddess, albeit one in the shadow of Ragnarok.

Saaya could see Dani's blush too and didn't feel quite as bad for her comment or the fact they she blushed so easily. It was one of those things some people thought were cute, but Sayari just thought it was down right stupid and not to mention embarrassing. She glanced at her book and slid it across the table as Dani sat down beside her. The girls hand was warm on Saaya's skin, her words making her smile a little. But she could've sworn that she never had a regular temperature, her skin was always so icy to the touch. It was odd. Even her brother had a normal temperature, his skin was always warm too. It made Saaya think that she was even more out of the ordinary than usual. That she really was a disgrace or something was truely wrong with her. But she shook off the feelings as she heard Dani's words and another blush rushed to her cheeks. "Ummm... Uhh... Ummm" She stuttered looking up into Dani's eyes as her hand stroked across her cheek. So Dani was either bi like Saaya or gay. It made Saaya smile again, her blush returning. She was sure her blush was going to become permanent by now. "Ummm... Yeah... Sure... Really?" Saaya struggled with her words, unsure of what to really say. She did, but she wasn't as straight forward as Dani seemed to be and she was too shy to just start making out with the very attractive girl who sat so close to her. Saaya hoped her meaning was clear through all of her stuttering. Her hand left Kaida's head and her pale fingers brushed across Dani's cheek shyly. Kaida grumbled and nosed her way into Saaya's bag, dragging the sleepy Rini with her. Saaya glanced at them once before turning back to Dani. Was Dani serious about it? Or was Saaya getting played or something? The poor girl couldn't tell, but she sure hoped Dani was for real.

"I would not say it if I did not mean it, correct?" Dani asked. She rarely if ever lied, they just seemed so unnecessary to her. As her dad had said, one lie begets a thousand to cover it up. In as many ways as she was a sinner, being gay, being forward, drinking et cetera, she was also innocent. She never lied, she rarely cursed, and she really wanted to be with this girl. She smiled at the cool skin under her fingers, it felt nice. She scooted as close as she could get and gazed into Saaya's eyes for a moment.
She took a breath, preparing herself for the first kiss. It was the most important, if she did not give a good first kiss, it would set a low standard for the rest. Confident and ready, she leaned in and tilted her head, pressing her lips against Saaya's. She parted Saaya's soft lips and slowly allowed her tongue to venture into her mouth, to explore the cavern she hoped to become very familiar with.

Saaya considered Dani's words. They were so simple and common sense like and made perfect sense. The girl seemed so nice and honest that Sayari found herself lost in Dani's eyes, wondering how she had ever thought her to be lying. Those eyes were mesmerizing, hypnotizing her as Dani leaned in slowly. Saaya's eyes slowly fluttered shut at the feeling of Dani's lips pressed against hers. She felt her lips part and Dani's tongue venture into her mouth. Saaya slid a little closer to her, the girls own tongue meeting Dani's in her mouth. She was practically sitting in the other girl's lap, but she wouldn't have minded that, or even straddling those perfect hips. But Saaya was still feeling her shy self and the most she could bring herself to do was slid the hand that had previously been on the other goddesses cheek to the back of her neck and press her lips harder against Dani's. Sayari was sure she wouldn't be this shy if she got to know Dani better. But as of now she knew nothing about the other girl, though she was sure to change that soon, and they had only just met. It wasn't like Saaya was going to pull away and demand a game of twenty questions. No, this was a far better way to get to know Dani. Far, far better.

Now this was fun. A sky filled with rain, the air electric, and a cute girl on her lips. She'd never really experienced that many foreigners, and none that looked like Saaya. the light slant of her almond-shaped eyes, the face as flawless as fine china. All reminders to Dani why she preferred women. She loved the soft touch, the lips, and curves... how could anything else compare? She groaned softly, wrapping her arms around Saaya as they kissed. She pulled the girl ever closer, sliding Saaya up onto her lap.
She broke the kiss to take a breath, left momentarily speechless. "Enjoyable, yes?" she asked. It had certainly been so for her.

Saaya had finally accepted it. Unlike most people, Sayari liked to accept things for what they were and not dwell on what they could be. So Dani really was kissing her like this. And Saaya, being every part her sweet bright little self, was psyched. She didn't like to be in denial and be all pessimistic. It just wasn't herstyle. Dani's groan made her moan softly into their kiss and she let herself be pulled closer to Dani, onto the other girl's lap, reminded of why she liked girls as well as boys. Who wouldn't love the soft, curvyness of a woman? She couldn't think of why anyone wouldn't. And now her mind was racing, her heart beating wildly as it screamed for oxygen. But when Dani pulled away for a much needed breath, Saaya still pouted. Her full lower lip stuck out the slightest bit as she tried to catch her breath. Saaya was basically straddling Dani where they sat, her dark jeans pulled tight across her thighs. She pulled back a little more to look Dani in the eyes, her arms hung over Dani's shoulders. "Oh, yes. Enjoyable, for lack of a better word," She murmured. Her fingers twisted and toyed with Dani's hair as she spoke. Saaya shifted slightly, bringing herself even closer to the other girl. "Very enjoyable," she whispered.

Dani's eyes locked onto Sayari's. In the span of one kiss, things had gotten heated between them. Dani certainly enjoyed it. After all, who didn't like a little passion in their lives? She could see the passion in the Japanese girl's eyes, and hear it in her muted voice. Dani tilted her head, sinking her full lips into Sayari's neck, kissing the sensitive flesh there. She scraped her teeth lightly, leaving a small hickey. She left a few more small kisses on her neck, before extending her tongue and licking along her jaw back to her lips. She gave Sayari another, deeper, but briefer kiss.
"Would you like to go somewhere more private?" she wondered. After all, anyone could stroll out and see the two girl's engaged in a make-out session, and that could lead to awkwardness. Not to mention her wet clothes were making Dani a little chilly.

Saaya shivered at Dani's kisses, biting her lip and letting her eyes close when she felt Dani's teeth graze across her neck. Sayari kissed her back, nodding at Dani's request, and kissing her ever so lightly on the lips once more before slipping gracefully off of her lap. "Where could we go?" she asked, pulling her bag to her and lifting it carefully. Her kitsune were sleeping inside, so she shifted it gently so as not to wake them as she put the strap over her shoulder. She was thinking about where they could possibly go.
Probably eithers room. Saaya's room was neat and clean as always with it's deep red walls and silky bed. Sayari loved the color red, and she'd always been told it was because of what goddess she was. Her brother too like red, which would make perfect sense considering they represented the same Japanese God/Goddess. Inari was an odd divine creature, seen as both a man and a woman. So maybe that explained Saaya's sexuality too, how she liked guys and girls. Saske was the same way, just like the twins were with a lot of things. Saaya shrugged, coming back to earth. "Where ever's fine with me," she said with a smile.

Dani smiled sweetly at Saaya. Their own rooms would be the best place, but which one? She was sure Saaya's, belonging to a girl so lovely and elegant, would have a room with similar qualities. While Dani's own mirrored the person she was, and the goddess she'd discovered she was. It wasn't so much a mess as it was... disorganized. She had little time for things like tidiness and making sure everything was in its place. It wasn't dirty at all, though, she kept it clean, but the bed was surely unmade and her belongs were kept wherever she could fit them. "Let us go to my room," she said. It was easier that way. She knew where it was, how to get there, and how to get in. She smiled and took Saaya's hand, eager to resume their make-out session. She looked to the dorm buildings and took off with her, practically giddy. Continued in: Electric Kisses
